This is the Home Page for Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Group at Yeditepe University.
We focus on analysis of biological systems using Bioinformatics tools and Systems Biology approaches. Typically, we analyze genomic, transcriptomic, metabolomic data and perform Sequence Analysis, Gene Discovery/Hunting, DEG Analysis, Network Evaluation, Flux Balance Analysis and Kinetic Modeling studies on such data.
The group has a particular expertise in analysis NGS data (both in industrial biology and medical context) as well as building dynamic and/or steady state flux models. For any inqueries, feel free to email the group head.
